Mentoring
There are two options for mentoring you can choose from:
Leadership Mentoring
This style of mentoring focuses on your personal ministry and leadership and could be more closely likened to ministry leadership coaching.
Time will be spent exploring the areas of your leadership, which you find challenging, and discovering strategies for the growth and effectiveness of you as a leader in ministry.
Personal Mentoring
This approach to mentoring concentrates on 'who you are' as a person. Personal Mentoring is an opportunity for you to be encouraged to live into the fulness of life that God has for you.
We explore the five key areas of the soul including:
• Your Mind
• Your Emotions
• Your Body
• Your Spirit
• Your Key Relationship
What matters here is who you are becoming as a person and how that person is operating in the various arena's of life. Personal Mentoring provides a relationship of accountability for your health and growth as an individual.
Mentoring Mechanics
Mentoring is best experienced over a period of time. We
encourage mentoree's to sign up for a year at a time. Generally 6 sessions a year is adequate. More sessions a year can be negotiated if required.
Face to face mentoring can be arranged in Newport on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Zoom mentoring is also available. Sessions are approx 60min in length.
